Parts Trainee

Inventory Management

Perform physical checking, counting, and binning of parts.

Manage inbound activities and ensure accurate recording of received inventory.

Update technical literature and parts data in the branch system for future reference.

Customer & Workshop Support

Assist in fulfilling customer sales requests and workshop part requirements.

Coordinate with sales and service teams for timely part availability.

System Usage & Documentation

Utilize the Dealer Management System (DMS) to record and track parts.

Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and updates.

Housekeeping & Organization

Keep the parts storage area clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.

Ensure proper labeling and storage of all inventory items.
