Parts Executive
Job Description
nsure 100% availability of Parts and Lubes for all customers.
Achieve targets for Parts, Lubes, and Accessories.
Maintain discipline in monthly stock ordering.
Keep inventory in saleable condition.
Ensure speedy delivery of parts at the counter and to the workshop.
Issue parts against warranty claims until claims are raised on DICV.
Manage stock, monitor inventory turnover, liquidate non-movers, and plan for scrap.
Lead and conduct Parts and Service campaigns and measure their effectiveness.
Ensure sufficient road permits at DICV for timely execution of orders.
Visit customers and potential customers, and follow up on discussions.
Use DMS effectively at HQ and all branches.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to HO/AO/RO.
Promote accessories and monitor spurious or non-genuine activities related to price, packaging, schemes, etc.
Maintain commercial discipline for payments and statutory forms to and from DICV and customers.
Oversee all warehouse-related activities including inbound, storage, outbound, housekeeping, audits (perpetual and annual), discrepancy management, and insurance claims.
