Job Description

 Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partner marketing strategy that aligns with Route Mobile s business objectives.
  • Drive joint marketing campaigns with partners such as ISVs, System Integrators, and CRM vendors to boost lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Create co-branded content, case studies, and success stories to showcase the value of partnerships.
  • Collaborate with product teams to align partner marketing efforts with product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.

Partner Relationships:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, understanding their business goals and developing joint marketing initiatives to support mutual growth.
  • Act as the primary marketing contact for partners, coordinating between Route Mobile s internal teams and partner organizations to ensure effective collaboration.

Campaign Management & Execution:

  • Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns including digital marketing, events, webinars, and content marketing to drive partner engagement and lead generation.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of partner marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with business goals and ROI.

Event Management:

  • Plan and execute joint partner events (conferences, webinars, and roundtables) to drive lead generation and increase brand visibility within key market segments.
  • Represent Route Mobile at partner events to foster networking opportunities and strengthen partner relationships.

Content Development:

  • Work closely with content, design, and product teams to create compelling partner marketing collateral including whitepapers, product brochures, videos, presentations, and online content.
  • Collaborate with the partner teams to ensure that Route Mobile s value proposition is effectively communicated across all partner marketing materials.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to align partner marketing initiatives with sales goals, ensuring effective lead hand-off and pipeline tracking.
  • Work with the product marketing team to align partner programs with product launches and key features, driving greater awareness and adoption.

Market Insights:

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for partner collaboration and differentiation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or related roles within the telecommunications, cloud communications, or SaaS industry.
  • Proven experience in managing marketing partnerships with ISVs, System Integrators, or CRM vendors.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, with a focus on co-marketing, lead generation, and campaign management.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on marketing effectiveness.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A results-driven approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Master s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
