P&C Insurance - Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee P&C insurance operations, including policy administration, underwriting support, claims processing, and submissions
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team, handling performance management, attrition, and grievance resolution
• Ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with regional insurance regulations (EU, UK, NA)
• Monitor team performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for smooth operations and issue resolution
• Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate processing of insurance claims and policy activities
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and compliance for all insurance operations
