PAM - Beyond trust - SME

Key Responsibilities

• The Senior PAM Analyst (Band 6) acts as an L2/L3 operational SME for the BeyondTrust PAM platform, supporting 24x7 services, handling complex issues, and driving onboarding, optimization, and process improvements.
• Provide advanced 24x7 support for BeyondTrust PAM services
• Lead onboarding of privileged users, service accounts, and platforms
• Configure and maintain BeyondTrust policies, workflows, and integrations
• Troubleshoot complex PAM issues and perform root cause analysis
• Act as escalation point for incidents and high-priority requests
• Support audits, risk reviews, and compliance assessments
• Drive automation, operational improvements, and SOP updates
• Mentor junior analysts and support knowledge transitions
