Engineer Job description / Roles and responsibilities :

1. F5 LTM, WAF, API Security, BIG-IQ technical support.

2. Handling service request incidence related to F5.

3. Handling escalations and issues related for F5.

4. Taking care of F5 devices hardware maintenance RMA handling.

5. Handling change management, configuration, backups DR s.

6. Maintaining process document and related technical documents.

7. Handling implementation, upgrade patch management of the F5 devices.

8. Beneficial to have Cloud Security knowledge.

9. Must be strong in communication and Email writing.

10. Additional knowledge on Network Security and Firewall ( Palo Alto , Fortigate ) .
