Key Responsibilities:

• Manage OPD and IPD patients in the Pediatric Oncology and Hematology Department.
• Assess each child's health needs and dietary requirements.
• Develop personalized diet plans involving both the child and their family.
• Maintain detailed records of counseling sessions and dietary interventions.
• Collaborate with medical and care teams to ensure holistic patient care.
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up to monitor patient progress and adjust diet plans as needed.
