Package Specialist-SAP SCM SD

Responsibilities

• Provide SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) support across multiple projects, ensuring smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and configure SAP systems within the Sales and Distribution module accordingly.
• Conduct regression testing and system integration testing (SIT) to validate functionality and maintain system integrity.
• Support integration requirements with other SAP modules and non-SAP systems.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues, ensuring root cause identification and implementation of corrective actions.
• Train and mentor team members on procedural and technical topics, promoting knowledge sharing.
• Work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
