Package Specialist-Oracle HCM Cloud

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business processes and requirements.
• Configure and demonstrate Oracle HCM products.
• Write functional design documents and customize/personalize the system.
• Perform testing, including regression testing, and support integration of processes.
• Provide comprehensive support throughout the project lifecycle to achieve client-expected business results.
• Write preliminary level reports using OTBI and assist with release and regression testing.
