Package Consultant-SAP HANA FIN VIM

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed requirement specifications based on architecture, design principles, and business process understanding.
• Gather business requirements and provide both conceptual and detailed solution designs to meet organizational needs.
• Lead and support SAP HANA FIN VIM solution selection, implementation, configuration, testing, and rollout activities.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, prepare implementation plans, and support post-implementation operations.
• Manage multiple projects of varying sizes either as a lead or key team member.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical and functional solutions.
• Prepare and conduct unit testing and user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality.
• Collaborate with teams to prioritize work and drive system improvements effectively based on business priorities.
• Demonstrate strong change management capability with effective time management and resilience under pressure.
• Contribute to team outcomes through strong interpersonal skills and collaborative working.
