Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Package Consultant specializing in SAP HANA Application Security, you will support the implementation and production support of SAP HANA Security, utilizing your business knowledge and packaged solution expertise to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access. You will work closely with clients to understand their security requirements and provide expert guidance on SAP HANA application security best practices. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Perform Security Assessments: Conduct security assessments and risk analyses for SAP HANA applications to identify potential vulnerabilities and provide recommendations for mitigation.
• Implement Secure Architectures: Design and implement secure SAP HANA architectures, including data encryption and access controls, to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive data.
• Configure Security Features: Configure and optimize SAP HANA security features, including authentication, authorization, and auditing, to protect against threats and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to gather security requirements and provide expert guidance on SAP HANA application security best practices, ensuring that solutions meet their specific needs.
• Maintain Technical Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP HANA security features, trends, and best practices to maintain expertise and provide high-quality services.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Exposure to SAP HANA Security: Familiarity with SAP HANA security features, including data encryption, access controls, authentication, authorization, and auditing.
• Experience with Security Assessments: Knowledge of security assessment and risk analysis methodologies for identifying potential vulnerabilities in SAP HANA applications.
• Understanding of Secure Architectures: Exposure to designing and implementing secure SAP HANA architectures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive data.
• Familiarity with Security Compliance: Understanding of security standards and compliance requirements for SAP HANA applications, including data protection and threat mitigation.
• Experience working with Technical Documentation: Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases related to SAP HANA security features and best practices.

• Familiarity with SAP HANA Security Tools: Exposure to SAP HANA security tools, including data encryption and access controls, is beneficial for this role.

• Experience with Technical Writing: Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases related to SAP HANA security features and best practices is a plus.
