Package Consultant-SAP BTM

• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) event log data from SAP and non-SAP systems into Signavio Process Intelligence.
• Build, validate, and maintain process mining data models, visualizations, and dashboards tailored to client business scenarios.
• Analyze process execution, identify process variants, bottlenecks, deviations, and present suggestions for process improvement or automation.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective process mining analyses and outcomes.
• Develop and deploy custom metrics, KPIs, and alerts to monitor process health and compliance. Train end users and key clients in interpreting process mining results and building digital process intelligence capabilities. Generate technical documentation and contribute to business development or process mining use case accelerators.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Atleast 4+ years of hands-on experience in comparable process mining platform (Celonis, Disco, etc.) of which atleast 1 year in Signavio Process Intelligence.
• Proficiency in ETL processes, SQL, and data transformation for process mining projects.
• Strong analytical skills in interpreting business process data, root cause identification, and process optimization.
• Conversant with common data flows/tables in SAP processes.Good communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to business users.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, business administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
