As a Package Consultant for Oracle Industry Solutions, you will implement Oracle's packaged solutions, aligning them with clients' business objectives to drive expected outcomes. You will leverage your business knowledge and packaged solution expertise to efficiently manage clients' business environments, executing processes seamlessly to achieve client expected business results. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Implement Oracle Solutions: Implement Oracle's packaged solutions, such as Oracle Customer Care & Billing, Oracle Flexcube Core Banking Suite, and Oracle Cloud CX, to meet clients' business objectives.
- Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Manage, control, and execute crucial day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless data flow and maintaining system compatibility.
- Enhance Business Processes: Implement best practices to enhance business processes across marketing, sales, and service teams, leveraging your expertise in Oracle industry solutions.
- Execute Processes Seamlessly: Execute processes seamlessly to achieve client expected business results, utilizing your business knowledge and packaged solution expertise.
- Align with Client Objectives: Align Oracle's packaged solutions with clients' business objectives, driving expected outcomes and achieving strategic objectives.
Master's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Oracle Industry Solutions Expertise: Experience with Oracle industry solutions, including Oracle Utilities, Meter Data, Oracle Banking, Oracle Cloud CX, CPQ, and Oracle Retail, Retail Cloud.
- Oracle Module Knowledge: Experience with various Oracle modules, such as Flexcube Core Services, CASA, and Oracle Retail MOM & RPAS Suite, with the ability to manage and execute day-to-day operations.
- Packaged Solution Implementation: Experience implementing Oracle's packaged solutions, such as Oracle Customer Care & Billing, Oracle Flexcube Core Banking Suite, and Oracle Cloud CX.
- Business Process Enhancement: Experience leveraging Oracle industry solutions to enhance business processes across marketing, sales, and service teams.
- Technical Problem-Solving Skills: Experience applying technical expertise to solve problems and ensure seamless data flow and system compatibility.
- Exposure to Multiple Oracle Modules: Experience working with various Oracle modules beyond Flexcube Core Services, CASA, and Oracle Retail MOM & RPAS Suite can be beneficial in managing and executing day-to-day operations.
- Additional Oracle Industry Solutions Knowledge: Familiarity with other Oracle industry solutions, such as Oracle Hospitality or Oracle Health Sciences, can be advantageous in implementing packaged solutions and enhancing business processes.
- Technical Expertise in Data Flow Management: Exposure to technical tools and methods for ensuring seamless data flow and system compatibility can be valuable in executing processes seamlessly.
