OutSystems Solutions Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications using the OutSystems platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of OutSystems developers.
• Ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and security are followed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the OutSystems platform and low-code development.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an OutSystems Solutions Lead or similar role.
• Extensive experience with the OutSystems platform, including architecture, development, and deployment.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Certification in OutSystems is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other low-code/no-code platforms.
• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
