Outreach Worker

Obtain line lists of TB suspects from health system staff (e.g., ASHA, TB HV)

Mobilize suspects for screening one day before the camp

Assist X-ray technicians in conducting X-rays

Conduct outreach activities including home visits and community events to identify at-risk individuals

Provide education and counseling on TB, its transmission, symptoms, and treatment importance

Support coordination and implementation of TB screening and testing initiatives

Assist TB patients in navigating the healthcare system and adhering to treatment regimens

Collaborate with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and stakeholders to strengthen the TB referral network

Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, referrals, and patient follow-ups

Travel within the district to different sites for X-ray and outreach activities
