Outbound Process Insurance Sales | Personal Loan Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing customers for insurance policy renewals.
• Provide accurate information regarding renewal process, policy terms, and benefits.
• Maintain customer relationships through professional communication.
• Ensure daily/weekly/monthly targets are met.
• Update records and maintain call logs in CRM.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education:
• HSC Pass + Minimum 1 Year of Experienc
• Graduate + Minimum 1 Year of Experience
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Experience in Outbound Calling or Telecalling (preferred)
