Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers (cold calling or warm leads)
  • Promote and explain products/services clearly and persuasively
  • Understand customer needs and offer relevant solutions
  • Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups
  • Handle rejections professionally and continue with confidence
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
  • Work as part of a team to achieve company sales goals

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (HSC)
  • Age: 18 to 35 years
  • Experience: Fresher welcome; sales/BPO experience is a plus
  • Languages: Hindi/Marathi; English preferred but not mandatory

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to convince and handle objections
  • Basic computer knowledge (typing, CRM updates)
  • Sales-oriented mindset and target-driven attitude
  • Patience, positivity, and confidence
