OTM/GTM

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Cloud OTM and GTM modules as a lead consultant.
• Work on end-to-end functionalities of GTM including Trade Compliance Screening, Sanctions Screening, License Management, and Agent Management.
• Work on end-to-end functionalities of OTM such as Shipment Planning, Shipping Networks, Freight Settlement, Rates, Container Planning, Customs Handling, and Landed Cost.
• Integrate OTM/GTM with other Oracle Cloud modules like Order Management, Inventory, and Shipping/3PL systems.
• Participate in at least one full-cycle implementation of Oracle OTM or GTM Cloud.
• Lead Fit-Gap analysis sessions, gather business requirements, and propose best practice solutions.
• Perform configuration, data conversions, and design/build RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) components.
• Prepare and manage project documentation including Configuration Guides, Process Flows, User Stories, Test Scripts, and UAT support materials.
• Support post-go-live Hypercare activities and resolve functional issues.
• Collaborate with clients on business process enhancements and continuous improvement.
• Lead and support cross-functional workshops for process design, testing, and validation.
• Present solutions to stakeholders using clear documentation and effective communication.
• Mentor and guide project team members when required.

Professional and Technical Skills:

• In-depth functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud OTM and GTM.
• Experience in OTM/GTM configurations, data conversions, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of Oracle implementation methodologies and life cycle management.
• Hands-on experience with RICE component design and build.
• Ability to lead discovery and fit-gap sessions with clients.
• Familiarity with project documentation best practices and Agile delivery methods.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint and documentation tools for effective client communication.
• Oracle OTM/GTM certification is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent communication abilities.
