OTC || O2C || order To cash

We are hiring experienced Order to Cash (OTC) professionals for a leading MNC. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in OTC billing and a strong background in the full Order to Cash (O2C) cycle. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with great communication skills who is comfortable working a night shift.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the entire Order to Cash (O2C) cycle.
• Oversee and perform all aspects of OTC billing.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders and invoices.
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve any billing-related issues.

Required Candidate Profile

• Experience: 4-9 years of relevant experience in OTC billing.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
• Work Schedule: US shifts, including night shifts.
• Availability: Early joiners are preferred.
