OT Technicians

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cardiology diagnostic tests such as electrocardiogram (EKG), phonocardiogram, echocardiogram, and stress tests using specialized electronic equipment.
• Ensure patient comfort by answering questions and explaining procedures.
• Record results of cardiological tests and consult with physicians to schedule follow-up tests if needed.
• Assist physicians during non-invasive cardiological procedures by monitoring patient heart rates and alerting for abnormal readings.
• Maintain and clean cardiological and surgical equipment, ensuring proper functionality.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of medical supplies, restocking as required.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and report malfunctions to supervisors.
• Stay updated with the latest cardiology developments, research, and attend relevant conferences.
• Support other healthcare procedures, including anesthesia, orthopedics, general surgery, neurosurgery, urology, ICU, and operation theatre requirements.
