ORTHOPEDICIAN

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and evaluate orthopedic conditions through physical examinations, review of medical history, and diagnostic tests
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including both surgical and non-surgical options
• Perform orthopedic surgical procedures, including joint replacement, arthroscopy, and fracture repair
• Prescribe medications, physical therapy, and rehabilitative exercises to support patient recovery
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and their families about orthopedic conditions, treatment options, and recovery plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and specialists, to provide comprehensive patient care
