- Responsible for accurate and timely order entry in Oracle / SAP systems.
- Coordinate with Sales and Material teams to resolve issues related to order entry and scope changes.
- Work with the team for scheduling, expediting, and timely monitoring of order progress.
- Coordinate with the shipping team to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Prepare departmental reports in Excel for tracking and analysis.
- Support process improvement initiatives within the order management and logistics function.
