Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inputs to the Manager regarding process updates or changes affecting internal procedures, products, and services.
  • Update and implement new policies and procedures within the team to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Collaborate with teams such as TCS, Billing Support, and CSS to design efficient process flows and resolve operational blockers.
  • Act as a key owner for critical workflows, including SAP support and ad-hoc bulk projects.
  • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to identify operational challenges and drive process efficiencies.
  • Support major change and improvement initiatives through UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and BVT (Business Verification Testing).
  • Serve as a domain expert and mentor for team members when needed.
  • Share customer feedback and recurring issues with management and recommend solutions.
  • Partner with the Learning & Development team to deliver process training and refresher sessions for operational staff.
  • Identify and implement order-to-cash simplification and process streamlining projects using BPI (Business Process Improvement) methodology.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to resolve system-related issues in SAP, Trust, and Siebel, ensuring smooth workflow operations.
  • Drive initiatives to minimize recurring system or knowledge gaps in coordination with the Order Management and Technical teams.
