Order Management

We are seeking a highly experienced professional in Order Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in managing the entire order lifecycle, from customer contracts to fulfillment and logistics. This role requires a strategic thinker with a consultative approach and a strong background in supply chain processes and ERP systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Order Lifecycle Management:
• Oversee and manage the entire Customer Order Management process.
• Handle customer contracts, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Drive Order Fulfillment and Logistics operations.
• Lead Planning activities related to order management.
• Strategic & Transformational Initiatives:
• Lead and implement transformation projects within the order management domain.
• Develop and propose solutions with a consultative approach.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across the Supply Chain.
• Performance & Improvement:
• Monitor and optimize order management processes for efficiency and productivity.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience in Order Management.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, Fulfillment, Logistics, and Planning.
• Proficiency in using relevant tools/ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and BYD.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Proven ability to handle complex customer orders and related processes.
• Demonstrated experience in driving and implementing transformation projects.
• Possess a Consultative approach to problem-solving and solution delivery.
