Technical Skill Sets

• TM Configuration & Administration: Expertise in configuring OTM modules, including Order Management, Shipment Management, Rate Management, and Fleet Optimization.
• Business Process Automation: Technical Development, Configure and enhance OTM components such as agents automation, workflows business rules, power data and shipment execution processes Support transportation planning freight rating carrier management and operational workflows as per business requirements.
• Data Model & Database Knowledge: Strong proficiency in SQL and Oracle database structures for querying and data validation.
• Integration & Data Migration: Experience with XML/XSLT, SOAP/REST web services, and EDI for integration with ERP systems (like Oracle EBS) and external systems (Fourkites/P44).
• Reporting & Analytics: Development of operational and analytical reports using Oracle BI Publisher and OAC/OBIEE.
• Functional Tools: Ability to create and customize User Screen Sets, Manager Layouts, and Menus..

• Core Functional Domain Knowledge
• Logistics & Transportation: Understanding of transportation lifecycles, including procurement, planning, and execution.
• Platforms: Hands-on experience with OTM Cloud and On-Premise versions (e.g., 6.3.x to 6.4.x).
