Oracle Technical Architect - Associate Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect solutions for complex customer technical challenges and functional needs by identifying best-in-class Oracle technology solutions.
• Provide detailed technical architecture and roadmaps to development and functional teams for seamless integrations, reports, and workflow improvements.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Design, develop, and maintain metrics-based analytics and reporting solutions using FAW, OTBI, or BIP.
• Implement best coding practices and standards across technical teams.
• Assist with administration and provisioning of servers and services in OCI as needed.
• Fine-tune codes to ensure high-quality delivery to clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate functional and technical requirements into effective solutions.
• Work across ERP, HCM, EPM, SCM, and CX functional areas.
• Handle both cloud/SaaS and on-premises Oracle solutions.
• Mentor, guide, and monitor technical/development team members, ensuring technical delivery across multiple customers.
• Drive thought leadership to implement consistent, accurate, and integrated solutions aligned with organizational goals.
