Oracle Retail Techno Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Provide techno-functional support for Oracle Retail applications including RMS (Retail Merchandising System V10), REIM (Retail Invoice Matching), and RIB (Retail Integration Bus).
• Design, develop, and support Oracle SQL and PL/SQL components.
• Manage backend integrations, batch processing, and data flows using RIB and Automic Scheduler.
• Support Oracle Forms and ADF Java components where required.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation, unit test cases, and deployment procedures.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and functional issues.
• Perform root-cause analysis, issue escalation, and solution tracking.
• Coordinate with application and functional leads to prioritize deliverables and support initiatives.
