Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, execution, and analysis of employee engagement surveys and related HR initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including demographics, performance reviews, and training data.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Prepare HR reports and contribute to the development of HR strategies for improved employee engagement and retention.
  • Identify and suggest solutions to HR-related challenges through data-driven insights.
  • Support continuous improvement in HR processes and employee experience.
  • Learn and support the Oracle HCM Cloud platform for HR data management and reporting.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to ensure data integrity and smooth HR operations.

Candidate Profile / Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and employee engagement concepts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
  • Prior experience with ERP systems or HR application software is desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
