Role responsibilities

• Implementation: Manage the full lifecycle of HRMS implementation projects. 
• Configuration: Configure and customize HRMS software to meet client needs. 
• Support: Provide support to end-users for day-to-day issues. 
• Collaboration: Work with business stakeholders to ensure successful and optimized solution delivery. 
• Expertise: Provide functional expertise in specific HR areas like Core HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance, depending on the specific system (e.g., Oracle or SAP).
