Responsibilities:
Technical:
- Expertise in HFM Metadata, Rules, and Memberlists.
- Strong VB Scripting skills for automating and enhancing HFM processes.
- Experience with Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly Validations.
- Knowledge of ICP Accounts, Journals, and Intercompany Reports.
- Proficiency in Data Forms, Data Grids, and FDMEE mappings.
- Hands-on experience with Financial Reporting Studio.
- Ability to understand, communicate, and assess the impact of technical changes.
Functional / Business:
- Strong understanding of Financial Consolidation concepts.
- Knowledge of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Balance Sheet Movements.
- Translate monthly HFM business requirements into technical specifications.
- Assign tasks to developers, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
- Perform independent UAT before involving business users.
- Document all system changes for internal and external audits.
- Resolve business queries related to HFM and consolidation.
- Agile methodology knowledge is a plus.
