Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, configure applications, and support testing of Oracle HCM modules.

• Work on implementation and configuration of Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Taleo recruitment modules.

• Design and configure career sites, candidate journeys, job application processes, and candidate selection workflows.

• Identify and document specifications for reports, integrations, and system interfaces.

• Work closely with technical teams to support development of reports, integrations, and system enhancements.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper functional support and system operations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to Oracle HCM modules in a timely manner.

• Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and smooth workflow execution across recruiting and onboarding processes.

• Collaborate with third-party vendors and integration partners to support system integrations and enhancements.

• Deliver high-quality project outputs while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
