Oracle Hcm Techno Functional Consultant

Role Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support Oracle HCM Cloud technical components
• Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams for solution delivery
• Perform functional testing and quarterly impact analysis
• Provide techno-functional support and documentation

Key Deliverables:

• Implementation and maintenance of Core HR, Compensation, and Talent modules
• Integration solutions using HDL, APIs, and personalization tools
• Performance tuning and resolution of Oracle SRs
• User training, change management, and upgrade recommendations
