Oracle Hcm Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions for Oracle Cloud HCM modules, focusing on Payroll and Time and Labor.

• Debug production payroll and Time & Labor issues and provide timely resolutions.

• Use HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher for data loading, reporting, and extraction.

• Collaborate with end-users to ensure technical components meet business requirements.

• Develop and execute unit, integration, and regression testing for HCM technical components.

• Create complex Fast Formulas to support bespoke client requirements.

• Support Payroll and Time and Labor modules with functional and technical expertise.

• Ensure high-quality deliverables and resolve technical issues efficiently.
