To work in a team on development of Extracts, Reports and Fast formulas in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Responsible for any new development of Extracts, Fast Formulas and reports in HCM Fusion.
Review periodic release notes and application patches to coordinate the impact analysis with various functional SMEs and accordingly retrofit impacted reports and interfaces.
Able to debug reports or templates used in Interfaces when Batch failure occurs.
Able to troubleshoot and resolve any interface issues related to Fast Formulas and HCM Extracts on various modules like Core HR, Benefits and Payroll in HCM.
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
Excellent written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
Technical skills, including query writing and execution, data validation and analysis,
Any experience in HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas and BI Publisher.
Any domain knowledge of HCM Payroll/Compensation/Benefits
Understands waterfall software development lifecycle, familiarity with an agile methodology is a plus
