Oracle HCM Payroll

Role Overview

• Seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle Payroll modules.
• The role requires deep functional knowledge and the ability to work on end-to-end payroll implementations in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties

• Work on full-cycle Oracle HCM Payroll implementations, covering requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Configure payroll elements, fast formulas, balances, calculation cards, and payroll flows
• Analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle Payroll functionalities
• Perform payroll testing including parallel runs, UAT, SIT, and regression testing
• Resolve payroll-related issues and support ongoing operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth payroll integration with other HCM modules
• Provide documentation, user training, and functional support throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure timely delivery of payroll activities within project timelines (0–30 days joining preferred)

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Payroll
• Must have completed 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Payroll implementations
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance, payroll processes, and legislative rules
• Experience with HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Payroll Flows, and HDL is preferred
• Ability to work from Bangalore location
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
