Oracle HCM Functional Consultant
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of configurations for Oracle Time and Labor and Absence Management applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR teams, and project sponsors to gather requirements and design effective Oracle HCM solutions.
• Configure and customize Oracle HCM modules to align with business requirements, compliance needs, and organizational policies.
• Integrate Absence Management, Time and Labor, and Payroll systems while ensuring compliance with US legislative rules and regulatory frameworks.
• Configure absence plans, accrual policies, time entry rules, and approval workflows.
• Design time and labor policies including overtime rules, time calculation rules, shift differentials, and workforce scheduling scenarios.
• Provide expertise in Fast Formula development to support complex calculations, eligibility rules, and custom business logic.
• Develop test scripts, user manuals, and training documentation to support system adoption and user training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support Oracle HCM Cloud upgrades, quarterly releases, and feature enhancements.
• Conduct system testing including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshooting, and system optimization recommendations.
• Stay updated with Oracle HCM Cloud features, legislative updates, and industry best practices.
