Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Candidate should be able to work closely with customers to understand their business requirements
and tailor solutions to their needs.
• Candidate should be able to provide Best Practices, Coding/Naming Standards, Design Patterns,
Environment Strategy, Security, Error Handling etc.
• Candidate should be able to use a functional specification and create technical specs and build code
as per requirements.
• Candidate should be able to formulate a comprehensive Error Handling Framework/Strategy.
• Candidate should be familiar with test planning, execution and test result documentation activities
[including Performance/Load Test]
• Candidate should be experienced in code migration and release management processes.
• Candidate should have ability to hold demos, functional and technical discussions with onshore
teams including end customer.
• Candidate should be able to mentor junior team members.
Required Skills:
• Applicants should have proper knowledge on Core HR and Payroll Module such as Enterprise
Structure, Employment Model, Payroll Processes and related backend tables, Webservices for
interfaces
• Applicants should have knowledge/work experience on different SaaS Webservice like HCM Data
Loader WS, Flow Action WS, BIP Webservices etc. Having knowledge on Oracle HCM REST APIs is
Preferable.
• Applicants should have experience in SOA/Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) ideally with integration
to/from Oracle Cloud Applications.
• Candidate should have extensive experience in Oracle PAAS products like SOACS, OIC, MFTCS.
• SOACS - Extensive hands-on experience with BPEL/OSB/Mediator along with technology
adapters like Database, File/FTP, JMS, REST/SOAP etc.
• OIC - Extensive hands-on experience with creating scheduled and realtime orchestration
flows and SAAS adapters. Awareness of agent setup and configuration.
• MFTCS - Extensive hands-on experience in setting up Transfer and basic admin tasks like
user and custom folder creation, purging etc.
