Job Description :

• Mandatory experience in Oracle Cloud HCM application Support

• Mandatory working knowledge in Oracle Cloud HCM applications – Core HR, Absence, Compensation, Recruitment Cloud

• Technical Expertise areas like BI/OTBI Reports, HCM extracts, Fast formula and HDL/HSDL and functional expertise in Core HR, Absence Management and Recruiting

• Extensive Knowledge on underlying database structure for HCM Oracle Cloud (Fusion) or EBS

• Extensively worked on BI Publisher reports, Migration and Workflow components

• Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions for Oracle Cloud HCM applications

• Must have a thorough understanding of the SDLC

• Ability to operate successfully in a multi-tasked environment, with periods of pressure

• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, incorporate innovations, and stay up to date with industry and business directions

• Experience working with an onshore/offshore delivery model

• Team player with demonstrable ownership of issues and ability to escalate when necessary
