Oracle HCM Cloud

Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM Cloud – Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Absence Functional Consultant with strong implementation and application support experience. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud OTL and Absence modules in an Agile delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interface with key stakeholders and drive strategic discussions on business processes for OTL and Absence
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and development of Oracle HCM Cloud OTL and Absence modules
• Implement all associated components including:
• Configurations
• Fast Formulae
• Data Migration
• Integrations
• Reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation in Agile mode
• Provide ongoing application support and troubleshooting for OTL and Absence areas
• Utilize deep functional knowledge to support process improvement and business transformation initiatives
• Work in a global delivery model, coordinating across geographies
• Contribute across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Apply Lean / Agile development practices for iterative delivery

Mandatory Skills:

• Oracle HCM Cloud – Time and Labor (OTL)
• Oracle HCM Cloud – Absence Management
• Functional consulting experience in implementation and support

Desired / Secondary Skills:

• Implementation experience of Oracle HCM Cloud OTL and Absence modules in Agile mode
• Hands-on experience with Agile project management methodologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent (relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
• 12+ years of overall IT experience
• 6+ years specific to Oracle HCM Cloud OTL and Absence
