Oracle Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Ensure the implementation of the cloud security framework and architecture.

- Document the cloud security controls and their implementation.

- Transition to cloud security-managed operations.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and performance goals.

- Identify potential threats and vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC).

- Strong understanding of cloud security frameworks and architecture.

- Experience in implementing cloud security controls.

- Knowledge of industry best practices and standards for cloud security.

- Familiarity with risk assessment and management methodologies.

- Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud security tools and technologies.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC).

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
