Oracle Fusion Manager

Job Summary:

The Oracle Fusion Manager is responsible for the implementation, configuration, integration, and ongoing management of Oracle Fusion Applications across the organization. This includes overseeing a team of professionals, managing end-to-end projects, and ensuring alignment of Oracle Fusion solutions with strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• lead and mentor oracle fusion teams, manage team performance and goal setting
• oversee implementation and configuration of fusion modules including financials, scm, and hcm
• collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and convert to technical specs
• ensure seamless system integration with enterprise applications and third-party tools
• develop custom reports, workflows, and necessary extensions
• plan, manage, and execute implementation projects within time and budget
• handle system maintenance, patching, and performance monitoring
• coordinate with oracle support for issue resolution and troubleshooting
• ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
• implement data security protocols and manage user access
• identify areas for process improvement and recommend application enhancements
• stay updated on oracle fusion advancements and industry best practices
