Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Oracle Fusion HCM Workforce Deployment Management:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of the Workforce Deployment module within Oracle Fusion HCM to support global talent management processes.
- Ensure smooth integration of Workforce Deployment with other HCM modules, such as Core HR, Talent Management, Time and Labor, and Absence Management.
- Oversee resource allocation and workforce deployment strategies, ensuring that the right resources are deployed to meet business objectives efficiently.
- Develop and maintain deployment plans for the workforce to optimize the skills and abilities of employees in alignment with organizational needs.
- Workforce Planning and Optimization:
- Collaborate with HR, operations, and business leaders to develop and execute effective workforce planning strategies.
- Analyze organizational needs, employee availability, and skills to determine optimal workforce deployment and resource allocation.
- Work with various business units to understand their workforce requirements and recommend adjustments to the deployment plans based on performance, project timelines, and resource constraints.
- Identify gaps in the workforce, recommend training or development programs, and ensure skill mapping aligns with deployment needs.
- System Configuration and Maintenance:
- Configure, monitor, and manage key Oracle Fusion HCM features related to workforce deployment, such as workforce segmentation, employee categorization, and deployment schedules.
- Manage data integration between Oracle Fusion HCM and other enterprise systems (e.g., financial systems, project management tools, etc.) to ensure seamless flow of information.
- Conduct regular system updates, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure the Workforce Deployment module is functioning optimally.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Develop and manage reports and dashboards to track key workforce deployment metrics such as resource utilization, deployment efficiency, talent gaps, and employee mobility.
- Ensure accurate reporting on workforce deployment activities for HR and management teams, providing insights for decision-making.
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends, such as skills shortages, overutilization, and underutilization, and recommend proactive actions.
- User Support and Training:
- Provide training and support to HR and business users on the Oracle Fusion Workforce Deployment module and related HCM processes.
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workforce Deployment within Oracle Fusion HCM, ensuring users understand the system's functionality and best practices.
- Offer continuous support to ensure users are leveraging the system for maximum efficiency and compliance.
- Compliance and Process Improvement:
- Ensure that workforce deployment strategies comply with labor laws, industry standards, and organizational policies.
- Continuously assess and improve deployment workflows and business processes related to workforce management.
- Implement best practices for workforce management, ensuring a high level of operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT teams to ensure alignment between workforce deployment strategies and overall business goals.
- Work with business leaders to understand workforce needs and project requirements, ensuring that the deployment strategy aligns with organizational priorities.
- Provide input into broader HR transformation projects, helping to align workforce deployment with talent acquisition and workforce development strategies.
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically in the Workforce Deployment or Talent Management modules.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, including workforce planning, resource allocation, and employee deployment.
- Expertise in data management, reporting, and dashboard creation within Oracle Fusion HCM or similar HRIS platforms.
- Familiarity with integrating Oracle Fusion HCM with other business systems such as finance, payroll, and project management tools.
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion HCM system configuration, including workflow management, data mapping, and customization.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Experience with change management in HR system implementations or upgrades is a plus.
