Design, build, and configure Oracle Cloud applications to meet business process and application requirements.
Work extensively on HCM modules such as Payroll, OTL, Compensation and Benefits, Core HR, etc.
Build and configure HCM Extracts to retrieve data from Oracle Cloud HCM objects for integration with external applications.
Prepare project deliverables including requirements, design specifications, configuration guides.
Follow documentation standards, software development methodology, and version control practices.
Utilize Oracle HCM Cloud Extracts and Oracle BI Publisher for reporting and data extraction.
Apply Oracle application development knowledge and support Oracle Cloud implementation.
Lead project teams independently and handle project tasks as required.
Ensure effective internal and external communication, maintaining punctuality and consistency.
Work collaboratively as part of a team while demonstrating the ability to handle responsibilities independently.
Successfully completed at least one Oracle Cloud HCM certification.
Willingness to travel as per project requirements.
