Oracle Fusion Hcm Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop technical components for various Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including but not limited to Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Talent Management, and Compensation.
• Develop and maintain robust integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and other systems, utilizing tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and other relevant integration technologies.
• Create, test, and troubleshoot Fast Formulas for critical HR functionalities like payroll, benefits, and absence management.
• Build and manage comprehensive reports using BI Publisher, OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), and HCM Extracts.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Provide technical support and resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
