About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Finance Functional Consultant with strong experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials to lead finance solution design and delivery for Finance transformation and Oracle programmes which would include – implementations, rollouts, upgrades. This role works closely with Finance stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable and high‑quality Oracle ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA, and Tax.
• Conduct business requirement workshops, fit‑gap analysis, and process design documents, if required
• Configure Oracle Financials to support statutory, regulatory, and business needs.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and reporting (OIC, FBDI, BI Publisher, OTBI).
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover, and go‑live activities.
• Act as a SME to Finance Solution Architects and client teams on process optimisation and best practices.
• Provide post‑go‑live support and recommend enhancements using Oracle quarterly releases.
• Mentor junior consultants and ensure functional design quality.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–12+ years of experience in Oracle Financials with minimum of 2 End-to-End implementation experience in Fusion Finance Modules
• Strong functional expertise in core finance processes and accounting principles.
• Experience with multi‑ledger, multi‑currency, intercompany accounting, and financial close.
• Working knowledge of FBDI, ADFdi, BI Publisher, OTBI, Smart View, and integrations.
• Exposed to Oracle Cloud implementation methodology
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Fusion Financials Certification.
• Experience with large enterprise or global rollouts.
• Consulting or System Integrator background.
• Exposure to PPM, Procurement is a plus.
