We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Oracle Fusion Finance applications and a strong understanding of financial processes. This role involves implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Finance modules to ensure optimal functionality and alignment with business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Finance applications to meet business requirements.
  • Provide support and maintenance for existing Oracle Fusion Finance modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to end users.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.
  • Assist in the integration of Oracle Fusion Finance with other business systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion Finance features and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6-15 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Finance or related ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes, accounting principles, and reporting standards.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
