Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oracle Fusion Application Development:
  • Customize and configure Oracle Fusion Applications, including HCM, Financials, SCM, and ERP modules to meet business requirements.
  • Develop customizations using Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF), BPEL, SOA, and other Oracle Fusion tools.
  • Integrate Oracle Fusion applications with existing business applications and systems, ensuring seamless data flow across platforms.
  • Build custom reports, dashboards, and other outputs using Oracle BI Publisher or similar tools.
  • Implement workflow automations and business process management using Oracle BPM.
  • System Administration and Maintenance:
  • Administer and maintain Oracle Fusion applications in a cloud or on-premise environment.
  • Perform regular updates, patches, and upgrades to the Oracle Fusion platform.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve application-related problems.
  • Ensure data security, compliance, and confidentiality standards are adhered to across the Oracle Fusion environment.
  • Integration and Data Management:
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion and other enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle E-Business Suite, Siebel CRM, third-party applications).
  • Utilize Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle SOA Suite to implement integrations and APIs.
  • Work with data teams to design and implement data migration strategies during Oracle Fusion deployments or upgrades.
  • Ensure high-quality, accurate data transfer between systems through data validation and cleansing.
  • Troubleshooting and Support:
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle Fusion applications, including incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues related to Oracle Fusion middleware, cloud integration, and business processes.
  • Assist business users with user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and provide training on the system.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Design and develop custom reports and analytics for various business functions, ensuring accuracy and real-time access to data.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on configuration settings, customizations, integration setups, and operational procedures.
  • Create and maintain documentation for system architecture, data flows, and application performance metrics.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure proper deployment of Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Conduct training sessions for end users on how to effectively use Oracle Fusion modules and tools.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and the technical team to ensure that the Oracle Fusion solutions meet business goals and requirements.
  • Cloud and Environment Management:
  • Ensure that Oracle Fusion Applications are deployed, configured, and managed efficiently in a cloud-based environment.
  • Manage Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) for application deployments, monitoring, and scalability.
  • Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans for Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Upgrade and Migration Projects:
  • Lead and/or assist in Oracle Fusion upgrades, migrations, and new implementation projects.
  • Plan and execute data migration, system testing, and go-live activities for Oracle Fusion projects.
  • Manage and support the transition of on-premise Oracle applications to the Oracle Cloud.
  • Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Applications (HCM, Financials, SCM, ERP).
  • Solid experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, including setup, customization, and configuration of core modules.
  • Proficiency in Oracle ADF, SOA, BPEL, Web Services, REST APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Knowledge of Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Oracle PL/SQL.
  • Strong understanding of data migration strategies and tools within the Oracle Fusion ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Security, Data Security, and Compliance standards.
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle PeopleSoft is a plus.
