Job Description
- 4+Years of experience in implementation of Oracle R12 Finance Modules (AP, AR , GL, FA).
- Functional expertise – Oracle Apps Module (AP/AR/GL/FA) configuration and flow testing.
- Technical Expertise – Strong PL/SQL, Development of Conversion Program for – Customer, Supplier, Open AR Invoice, Open AP Invoice, GL Balance etc., Integration development.
- Must have strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and manage testing of ERP solutions.
- Wide range of accounting experiences such as Chart of accounts redesign, proven financial reporting experience and MultiOrg / Mutli Currency experience
- Ability to lead a team, work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressful circumstances.
- Proven experience with guiding clients through business process improvements
