Oracle EBS OAF (Oracle Application Framework) Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize OAF pages and components in Oracle EBS R12.
• Enhance and maintain Oracle Applications using JDeveloper and OAF components (regions, controllers, AMs, VOs, etc.).
• Work with functional consultants to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Integrate OAF with PL/SQL packages, concurrent programs, workflows, and forms.
• Customize Oracle standard functionality using personalization and extensions without impacting base code.
• Support EBS modules such as HRMS, Financials, SCM, and Projects, depending on client requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in custom and standard OAF pages.
• Participate in unit testing, peer code reviews, and deployment processes.
• Document technical designs, coding standards, and configuration details.
• Stay updated with Oracle patch releases and OAF framework enhancements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Oracle EBS development with 2+ years in OAF.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and JDeveloper.
• Proficient in Core Java, JSP, HTML, JavaScript, and XML technologies.
• Experience in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, Workflow Builder, and AOL (Application Object Library).
• Familiarity with EBS modules such as Financials, HRMS, SCM, or Procurement.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
