Job Description
- Provide technical support within the agreed Service Levels
- Perform Database software installation, upgrades and apply relevant patches
- Perform Database migrations, upgradations cloud, intra platform or inter platforms
- Expertise in Oracle Versions: 12c, 19c, RAC, OGG and OEM
- Build and Deploy/Implement Solutions. Perform Capacity Planning and DR Planning
- Troubleshooting and fixing incidents
- Clone one environment from another
- Database backup, restore and recovery
- Data Archival activities
- Assist the development community with the resolution of miscellaneous queries and problems
- Database space management
- Implementing releases and service requests
- Server monitoring including health checks at server level and database level
- Timely escalation of issues to Team Lead or appropriate channel
- Performance and Tuning of database
- GoldenGate Replication
- ZDM (Zero Downtime Migration) capabilities
